It's Another Miracle

Working on my site, writing, two days in a row??? =]

Well, actually, this is one of those weeks where you have a variety of commitments and--well--I just find it easier, as a homeschooling family, to use the interim times on days like this to have the boys read. Read their literature, their historical biographies, their inventions books, and so on. They also love to listen to books on tape. And Orion, well, he likes to program. Yep, on the computer. He's 11.

Rather than trying to fit a science experiment in when we don't have proper time to set it up, rather than slipping a math lesson in between the funeral and the Lenten church service, we utilize the spare moments to read.

I've always believed that reading is the academic foundation of our education, anyway. And days like this give us the perfect opportunity to utilize it.

All that, just to say that in my spare moments today, I was able to get another essay prepared for my site, and it goes under my new category, "It's a Miracle". This one is called, "The Miracle of Life". I hope you enjoy it. I also posted a picture on that page, because I know you'll like seeing the little guy.

But I'm not telling you any more than that. You'll have to go read it for yourself.
